Placing Order and Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

International Delivery

We offer free standard shipping (7-21 business days) with no minimum spend. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, and peak periods.

Confirmation + Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Duties and Taxes (International
Orders)

While shipping is complimentary, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Peak sales periods
  • Courier disruptions
  • Weather events
  • Customs processing

Incorrect
Address Details

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Nishi is not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@nishibag.com.au and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.

Lost,
Damaged or Stolen Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@nishibag.com.au

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos (if damaged)
  • relevant tracking details

Once a parcel is marked as delivered, Nishi is not liable for theft or loss after delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

Pre-Oders
and Launch Periods

For pre-order items or new collection launches, shipping timelines may differ. Any specific delivery windows will be clearly stated on the product page.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.

Multi-Item
Order or Split Delivery

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. If this occurs, you will receive tracking details for each shipment.
