We want you to feel confident in your Nishi purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return for a refund within 30 business days of delivery. All Nishi products are also backed by a 2-year guarantee

Return Eligibility

Not quite what you expected? No problem. You can request a return for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Conditions for Returns

  • A request for return may be lodged within 30 days from the day you received item
  • Item must be in brand new and original condition
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Please allow 1–2 weeks from the date we receive your return for processing
  • Only items that have been purchased directly on www.nishibag.com.au may be returned to us. We may ask for proof of purchase/reciept

Return Shipping

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Nishi is not responsible for items lost in transit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

2-Year Warranty

If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge or replace it, at our discretion.Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, protecting against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What’s covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Defective zippers, hardware, or fastenings
  • Structural faults that occur under normal, intended use

What’s not covered:

  • Damage caused by ccidents or misuse
  • Damage caused by improper care or storage and/or negligence
  • General wear and tear, including scratches
  • Natural ageing and/or breakdown of materials and colours over time
  • Items that have been altered, modified, or tampered with are not eligible for warranty

Proof of purchase and clear details of the issue with the bag to proceed is required for all warranty claims. If damage is not covered under warranty, we may still offer repairs at a reasonable cost

A return shipping fee will apply for repaired items

Australian Consumer
Law

If you believe your item has a fault, please contact us with proof of purchase and details of the issue. We will assess the claim and provide a remedy in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
